THG team handled things made it stress-free!
I cannot speak highly enough of Elliot and his team. We were referred to him by friends of ours but also interviewed several other agents before making a decision. We told all the agents our plans and what we were looking to accomplish. The other agents all came to the appointment with their list price already determined before even seeing our house. Elliot was different from the start. He said he had no intention of talking price until he gathered information, saw the house in person, got a feel for the lot, the layout, the condition etc. He said that every house has different factors that contribute to how he prices a listing. Even if he'd landed at the same price range the other agents had, that alone would have been enough to make us choose him. The thoroughness and attention to detail was unmatched. Once we decided to list with THG, from start to finish everything was flawless and super stress free. Elliot and his team handled everything from setting up cleaners, to listing photos, drone photos, 3D Matterport view of our home etc. His marketing was top notch and he walked us through every aspect of how he'd market our home. We listed on a Thursday, had an open house on the Saturday and 11 days later we were pending, with cash offer at $10k over list with a 30 day close. Mind you, we listed a fair amount higher than any other realtor thought we could get for our house but I never doubted Elliot and the THG team for a second. Agents in the Treasure Valley are a dime a dozen, we literally could throw a rock and hit one. In today's market, especially with the recent ruling around the National Association of Realtors, we were tempted to find an agent that would charge less than the standard 6% fee, however we would have left way more money on the table than we'd have saved in commission.
